I think I am addicted to cliff hangers. Even my teasers are ending with them...but I shall post with a full update before any of you explode on me, I promise!

“What are you going to do?”

“I am going to bring her back and make sure he’ never going to hurt Elena or you again,”

“You’re going to kill him,” I finished for him, horrified at the revelation.

“Sebastian,” Andre frowned. “You can’t just barge in there and kill everyone is your way.”

“Watch me,” Sebastian deadpanned.

“Talk to him first. See what he wants,” Andre suggested, growing weary of Sebastian’s conclusion.

The livid look Sebastian wore stood nothing against Andre’s suggestion. “I know what he wants,” he hissed. “And what he wants he’s never going to get.”

I couldn’t let this happen. i refused to. the wasn’t fair. my existence to these people had to real connection nor relation. I was nothing but an interference, a destruction of peace between families. If I survived a month of hell with Sebastian, what Varo had prepared for me wouldn’t break me when I was already torn to pieces. I owed it to Elena who saved me from the darkness that crawled from inside of me. But it was time for me to let go and they needed to do the same.

Without thinking, I grabbed a gun from the box and pointed at myself, forcing my attention on Andre and Sebastian. “He wants me,” I announced, gulping soundly. “So you’re going to take me with you and exchange Elena with me, or I swear to god, Sebastian, I will pull this trigger on myself.”

The Lies That Bind- Chapter 6 Teaser

Monday, August 18, 2014
“You do realize that the walls are pealing off and that your floor is moldy, right?”
I roll my eyes and make my way towards the small kitchen, dropping my bag on the small island table. “Yes Blake, I am well aware of that, thanks,” I mutter sarcastically.
He doesn’t seem to hear me though, as he strolls towards the entrance door and proceeds on checking the locks, closing and opening the door multiple of times to check whether it is doing a proper job. The sight is quite hilarious actually.
Finally after a couple of minutes, he seems to find some peace with the metals and leaves my door alone. I watch quietly his hand touch the walls, putting pressure on them and checking if they too are doing their job. “Your TV is working?” He asks.
I scoff in response, shaking my head. “Yes, Blake, it does.”
He glances at me in doubt and walks over the couch, staring at it bitterly. I can already see how those two are not going to become close friends.
“Seriously Blake, it’s not necessary to run an inspection. I’ve been living here for five months and I am still well and alive.” I point to myself with a grin.
“This is terrible, Scar,” he remarks. “You shouldn’t be living in this slum.”
And I was thinking of showing him my bedroom. Clearly, this wasn’t a good idea.
“Well it’s whatever I can afford right now,” I explain, shrugging my shoulders. “I barely stay here anyway. I work a lot and spend most of my time at Ray pla—”
Instantly I shut my mouth before I can finish my sentence. Blake turn sharply towards me, having already heard enough.
“You what?” he asks as peers closer, closing he distance between us.
I take a step back as his eyes glare at me. “You know, it’s nothing like tha Blake. We just live in the same complex—”
“He lives in this building?” he interrupts, anger and disbelief crossing his features.
“Well how else do you think I was able to rent this place out?” I manage a nervous laugh as his glare darkens. He seems almost murderous right now.

“Are you sleeping with him?”
